Privacy

99 Automotive keeps the name, email, phone, vehicle details, and academy notes you give us to run a tint booking, a service inquiry, or course interest (track and experience). We do not sell them. We do not use them for ads.

Bookings live in our Postgres calendar (branch, bay, time, reference). Inquiries and the academy waitlist sit in the same database so the shop can reply. When Apple Pay / Stripe is live, the card processor will see what it needs to take £99 — we will not store full card numbers.

You can ask us to correct or delete your details. Contact the branch using the reference on your confirmation. This is a working draft until counsel reviews it before launch — not a substitute for a full UK GDPR notice.
