Cancellation

Working rules until the owner confirms: 90 min bay (90 vs 120 still open). 48h cancel for a full refund (24 vs 48 still open). Rear windows only. Street addresses TBD.

A tint bay is perishable. £99 buys a start time, not a maybe. These rules apply to the rear-window tint booking.

48 hours or more

Cancel at least 48 hours before your slot and you get a full refund of £99. Use the reference on your confirmation. The window is 48 hours until the owner confirms 24 vs 48.

Inside 48 hours

The booking is non-refundable. If another bay is free we may move you; that is a courtesy, not a right.

No-show

If you miss the slot, the bay is gone and the £99 is not returned. Book again when you can attend.

We cancel

If we cannot run the bay (closure, kit, staffing) we refund in full or move you to the next free slot — your choice.

These rules sit under the terms. Apple Pay is not live yet; refunds apply once money is taken.
